This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") describes how AIVids LLC, doing business as Tucket ("Company," "we," or "us"), processes Personal Information in connection with the Tucket applications, the website at tucket.app, and related services (the "Services"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service. "Personal Information" means information that identifies or is reasonably capable of being associated with an individual. Company is the controller of your Personal Information.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide, such as account and profile information (including your date of birth), User Content, Pocket and membership information, preferences, reports, and communications with us;
- Information collected automatically, such as device, log, and usage information, including records of your interactions with the Services (such as session recordings, which may capture content shown or entered on screen), IP address and approximate location, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies; and
- Information from third parties, such as other users, sign-in providers, app stores, and service providers.
2. How We Use Information
We use Personal Information to provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services; to research, develop, and improve our products, services, and technologies; to personalize the Services; to market and promote the Services and our business; to communicate with you; to protect our users and enforce our Terms; to comply with law; and for other purposes with your consent or as described when we collect it.
We may create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information and may use, disclose, license, and otherwise commercialize it for any lawful purpose. We will not attempt to re-identify such information except as permitted by law, and we require recipients to do the same.
3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose Personal Information to Members of your Pockets; to service providers (including analytics providers), affiliates, and business partners; to app stores and sign-in providers; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person, including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children; and with your consent or at your direction.
4. Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as your account is active and as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Content you added to a shared Pocket may remain available to its Members after you leave or delete your account. When you delete your account, we delete your Personal Information, except information we retain as described in this Policy. You can delete your account in the app or as described on our account deletion page.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may delete User Content and your account within the Services, withdraw marketing consent at any time, and manage device permissions in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your Personal Information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify and respond to requests as required by law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California
In the past twelve (12) months, we collected identifiers, customer records, age, commercial information, internet activity information, approximate geolocation, audio and visual information, and sensitive personal information (account login credentials), from the sources and for the purposes described above, and disclosed them to the recipients described above. We use sensitive personal information only as permitted by law. We do not sell Personal Information for money. To the extent any disclosure constitutes a "sale" or "sharing," you may opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share," and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
We process Personal Information to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and developing the Services and our business, with your consent, and to comply with law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6. International Transfers
We process information in the United States and other countries, using appropriate safeguards for transfers where required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect Personal Information, but no system is completely secure.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect their Personal Information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. We do not sell the Personal Information of users we know to be under eighteen (18) or use it for targeted advertising where prohibited by law.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes as required by law.
